1. Non-Custodial Wallet

XCROW is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. You maintain full control of your cryptocurrency assets and private keys. We do not store, manage, or recover your keys or funds.

2. No Financial Advice

XCROW does not provide investment, trading, or financial advice. Cryptocurrency involves risk and you are solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Irreversible Transactions

Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed. XCROW has no ability to cancel, modify, or refund blockchain transactions.

4. Third-Party Services

XCROW may integrate with third-party services such as MoonPay. These services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCROW and its creators are not liable for:

• Loss of funds
• Lost private keys or recovery phrases
• Incorrect transactions
• Service interruptions
• Failure of blockchain networks
• Loss due to hacks, malware, or user error

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Secure your wallet and recovery phrase
• Comply with applicable laws
• Use XCROW at your own risk

7. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use XCROW.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept updates.
